I visited this site which was inspiring due to many reasons: First, De Grazia was a man dedicated to his craft and used the earth and his immediate surroundings to create his art. Secondly, he understood the history of his subjects and researched them with immense detail. I've seen this fella's work before. There's a beautiful simplicity to it.
But there's nothing as lovely as "Dogs Playing Poker" on velvet.
Seriously, I'm happy to read about these discoveries of yours. The desert is full of wonders.
