QUANTUM PHYSICS & SPIRITUALITY

On Sunday after my rehearsal (for a film I'm in: I play a Japanese father and I have to speak Japanese, yippee!), I attended a free lecture entitled, "A Physicist's Guide to Enlightenment." with Dr. Amit Goswami. (handsome dude, eh? You should see his wife...) A world renowed physicist, he described how the new physics reconciles science and spirituality. He offered some tools for achieving higher realms of consciousness. He was actually in the movie, "What the Bleep*%!"? His wife a yoga psychologist spoke about how yoga contributes to emotional transformation. Very inspiring. She then went into a Southeastern dance for about 30 minutes. Engaging. There is a revolution going on in science right now, a genuine paradigm shift. While mainstream science remains materialist, a substantial number of scientists are supporting and developing a paradigm based on the primacy of consciousness.
